Homemade Kale Chips

I’ve been hearing a lot of buzz about kale chips lately. I’ve seen the giant bags of kale at the grocery store and have even bought some in the past, with the intention of throwing some kale into a smoothie. However, I never ending up using it and unfortunately, the bags went to waste.

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of experiencing dark dining and one of the foods we tasted was roasted kale chips. They were fantastic. So I decided to make them at home.

Kale chips are extremely simple to make.

Put the kale in a bowl.

Next, coat the kale in olive oil and salt (to taste) and put on a baking sheet.

Next bake at 350* for 15 minutes until crispy.

End result is crispy and delicious kale chips! Enjoy!
