green vegs (1 to 3 types)

oats
barley
sesame seeds
old oil
chocolate ( just on occassions)
packets of soya
bottle of vitamin E
blue berry jam (maybe 1/may be none)
honey (quite old)
cashew nuts
carrots (I eat them very slowly)
fish cans (sometimes)
unused (still in foil) peppermint tea leaves
I don't have much space so I store
cracker biscults else where
