I made this again tonight and it was fab!
Joni, the cilantro-ranch dressing is amazing! I'm sure the ranch with salsa would be good too, but DH and I are huge cilantro fans. Maybe try the salsa/ranch and just sprinkle some fresh cilantro on top. Let me know how it is.
