Here is my meal plan for the week. I am trying to work around what I have in the house, for the most part, and only buying minimal ingredients such as fresh produce at the supermarket.

- Butternut squash soup
Thursday
- Asian-style Tilapia
- Mashed potatoes
- Salad
Friday
- Sesame chicken
- Garlicky broccoli
