My dr. recommended a multi vitamin and a calcium supplement at my last visit but I wonder which one. He didn't exactly give me any choices just kind of thru that out there with I should get a flu shot. What if I eat foods high in calcium content? How are you supposed to know how much is the right amount for you? I know you can get kidney stones from too much calcium. So confusing....
