Kebabs can be healthy. It just depends what you put on them. In the states, you usually see them grilled with some kind of meat (usually beef or chicken), any kind of vegetable (we always used green or red pepper, onion, or mushrooms), and pineapple. They are usually skewred and served over rice. They are a very tasty treat!
