Well we went and bought a major fixer upper. We signed the closing papers last Wed. and now we are gutting it. I figured I would start kind of a remodel journal that way when it is done I can see what I started with and what we finished with.
It is a small two room house and it looks like crap. But with a lot of sweat and work it will be like brand new hopefully by August.
