meal plans: week of Feb 17
What's on the menu this week?
Sun: salmon, wild rice, green beans, bread
mon: spagetti and (turkey) meatballs, garlic bread
tues: tuna melts and portobello mushroom soup
wed: falafel chicken, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli
thurs: beef stir fry, rice (maybe potstickers too, if I have the energy)
Fri: either crispy chicken salads or gumbo (depends on the weather!!)
