You read my mind! I was just thinking about how no one has posted their meal plans for a while. I have to say I cannot wait to get back in my kitchen. I guess it will be a couple of weeks until it's finished and all cleaned up, but I am going to be a cooking queen! I am so sick of snacks, take out and eating whatever junk around the house we can find. Your menu looks GREAT, btw!!
