Brunch Recipes
Working on my Mother's Day Brunch menu.....
I am looking for a good frittata recipe - particularly a vegetable and/or potato one. I don't want to put meat in it. Or even an egg casserole.....something that can be made ahead of time and just reheated the next day.
I'm also looking for a tried and true baked french toast recipe....one that can be made the night before and just put in the oven in the morning.
Anyone have some good ones they've tried?
