I just finished my mealplan for next week....
Sun: grilled steaks, mashed sweet potatoes, green veggie
Mon: grilled chicken, roasted zucchini and potatoes, bread
Tues: mexican chicken casserole, avocado, tomato and corn salad
Wed: Italian meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans
Thurs: shrimp and broccoli over angel hair pasta, bread
Fri: homemade veggie pizza, salad

), I always offer new foods and then have something that they like too. For instance, I don't know if they will eat the shrimp that I am making next week but I know they will eat the broccoli and pasta. I may heat up a turkey dog and slice it up if they don't eat the shrimp, but I don't make them their own *entire* meal. I mealplan around their likes as well as dh's and mine, and know that they will find *something* on their plate that they like.
