Well it's not really a recipe, but I have to say I make a really delicious pasta salad....
Here's what I use:
every time:
tri-color spiral noodles
cut up broccoli
sun-dried tomatoes cut up dripping with the marinade
artichoke hearts
hearts of palm
fresh mozzerella chunks
occasionally:
red onions
kalamata olives (or whatever kind you like)
grape tomatoes cut in half (or just whole)
carrot chunks
I feel like I'm missing something, but not sure...that might be it.
the dressing is: Good Seasons Italian vinegarette with olive oil.
