mealplan starting June 21
ok, so dh and I are totally cutting out pasta, rice and white bread (still doing SMALL portions of whole grain wheat and low carb/high fiber wraps on occasion). We are doing this for a month to see if/how it compliments or exercise routines. We are also cutting out most processed crackers, etc (except for Triscuits, I can't seem to live without them! But I'm really watching portions). We aren't enforcing it for our girls, but will encourage them to try fish, etc (they are already great about grains/veg/fruit).
HEre's the plan so far:
Sat: grilled mahi-mahi, field green salad with asian ginger dressing
sun: eating at family's house - we will be grilling out so I'll just omit bread and potato
Mon: beefy fajita salad
Tues; panko breaded chicken, field greens with lemony vinagarette
wed: spicy shrimp and veggie toss
Thurs: grilled chicken, spinach and chickpea curry
Fri: lettuce wraps and potstickers
sat: grilled flank steak, grilled veggies, salad
