I get my Mahogany floors!! We are going to hard wood the living room and two bedrooms. Then we are going to tile the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. I talked to my FIL last night and I am so happy that we have the budget for Mahogany!! We did all the math and with the sale Lumber Liquidators is having right now it is going to be cheaper to put down the wood opposed to putting tile in the bedrooms. Plus it will raise the value of the house. The really funny part about me getting my flooring is I was also looking at laminate flooring and it turns out that the laminate is more expensive than the actual wood.
That really made the choice a no brainer. LOL
