Well my fridge is so stocked that I probably won't run out to get jello this week, but I will definitely get it next week. I did get some sugar-free (sweet-n-low) hard fruit candies that have been a big help to me.
Today's plan:
BREAKFAST:
2 eggs over hard
2 slices turkey bacon
SNACK:
15 almonds
LUNCH:
Turkey and cheese wrapped in lettuce
SNACK:
celery and bluecheese
DINNER:
eggplant parmesan
salad
DESSERT:
I'm going to try that mocha ricotta creme thing
~~So far I am feeling fine, just really tired today. I did have a headache yesterday for a little while, but I don't think it had anything to do with the diet. I will definitely keep posting in this thread. It's a great way to keep track.
