Oh and there is another snack T is hooked on that I forgot about. Cheese crisps. Some people on the Prevention forum came up with them. You take some parchment paper, and a few slices of your favorite lowfat cheese, put them down on the parchment and zap them in the microwave for 3 minutes I think, until they bubble, flatten and start to turn brown, take them out and let them cool a minute or two, when you take them off the parchment they are crispy like a chip. He breaks them up and dips them in salsa. When I make caesar salads now, I take some shredded parm cheese and do that to make "croutons" you can do it in a frying pan with some Pam. Love those!
