Prevention forum, I think those were on there too. I also came up with another breakfast today, but if you don't like cottage cheese you won't like it. I thought it was delish though.
Add splenda and cinnamon to your serving of cottage cheese and top with chopped walnuts or pecans. I used pecans and it was really good and sweet. Tasted like dessert. YUM!
