oops, sorry for the late reply but YES, the Cazaraba (or whatever it's called) squash was very similar to a butternut.....and I am using "Smart Balance", not "ICBINB".

It's very good.
I've officially moved on to phase 2. I am so happy to be eating fruit again, but I am sticking to grapefruit, granny smith apples, strawberries, blueberries and cantaloupe. Last night I made chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.

I used the semi-sweet baking bars and melted it with some FF cream. It was delish.
Over the weekend I made "portabella pizzas".....basically you cover the portabella top in oil and fresh garlic, put a slice of grilled tomato, mozzerella and fresh basil, sprinkled with oregano. Bake for about 3 minutes until cheese melts at 450. They were GREAT!!
