Well, I am really not following the South Beach Diet plan anymore, but after reading the book I have definitely made a change in my eating habits that will most likely be a permanent change. Just a healthier way of eating I guess. Less sugar and carbs, more fresh vegetables, salads and good proteins.
My latest menu:
Monday: turkey burritos w/ whole wheat tortillas
Tuesday: chicken en papillote
Wednesday: portabella pizzas (recipe in above post), salad
Thursday: tomato soup and grilled cheese
Friday: grilled tilapia, salad, garlicky broccoli
Saturday: chicken and veggie stirfry (if we don't go out)
Sunday: cobb salad
