My mom makes wine but I just sit and eat them until I want to get sick. They are my absolute favorite fruit. Sorry Meliz I am no help. Deana will be here for recipe help...she is the queen.

Heather, you crack me up

First thought: grape preserves/jam/jellies, if you are into canning and preserving.

I love grapes in chicken salad

juice them and freeze the juice to drink, add to recipes, etc

You could stomp on them and make your own wine...

Thanks Deana!

Problem with these little guys is that they are sour (and seedy)... up north here we can't grow the really nice sweet varieties... they aren't great for eating plain.

Good idea on the grape juice... I shall do that. I made one batch of jam... it was pretty labour intensive so I think one batch will do me I thought of making some pepper jelly... maybe I will do that after I reduce some juice. I found some good sounding recipes. Plus it would give me a chance to use jalepenos.

I would love to make wine... but it's pretty labour intensive, right? And the results can be hit and miss... not sure if we want to buy all the required items and invest that much time... well I know I don't, but I desperately wish HUB did. Damn his lazy a**.
