squash, zuchinni (sp?), and snow peas

I bought these today. They're fresh. I have been craving roasted mixed veggies since I had the "mixed Grill" at the Olive Garden last weekend

How do I roast these? What about the snow peas? Would sauteeing be better?
I'm making porkchops today with balsamic honey glaze (1/2C of honey and 1/2 c of balsamic vinegar, heated until thickened) do you think that glaze would work well with the roasted veggies?

I would just mix them with a little bit of olive oil, salt, pep and maybe some garlic. Put them in a hot (400) oven for about 30 minutes, turning once or twice. I don't know how well the snow peas will do - I've never roasted them, but the zucchini will turn out great.

Thanks D! I mixed 1 zucchini and 1 squash with a TBS of olive oil, some instant minced onion, garlic powder, and some zesty blend. I added 1 TBS of the honey balsamic glaze and OMG........ to die for delish.

I'm going back to the market tomorrow to get more.....since I have another batch in the oven now
