Does anyone have a bird?

Hi everyone,
I am looking for any bird owners around here because I have a question about my quaker parrot.
I thought I knew almost all there was to know about birds, but I guess not.
Just goes to show that we never know enough.
Anyway, if anyone has a bird or knows anything about birds, please reply and let me know and then I'll ask my question. I don't see any sense in going into it all if there isn't anyone with birds here.

I'm pretty sure I've come across some people with birds here, but I can't really remember. I know a little bit about them (and was considering getting one), but not a huge amount.

A good friend of mine has had a Quaker for 3-4 years.
