Ingredients
1 young coconut, choose coconut which is not too soft or hard
2 tablespoons of jelly powder
1 cup of sugar
Cooking
1. Chop the top of coconut to pour the water and open it little for scoop coconut meat inside and cut it to little pieces. Clean coconut fruit.
2. Mix coconut water with sugar, jelly powder and little water and put it on the stove, simmer it until it combine together then put down the stove and put coconut meat into.
3. Pour it to coconut fruit and leave it cool down then keep it in refrigerator.
Jelly in coconut can keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks and for 3 days in room temperature.
