refer a friend not working?

Me again, I was trying to get my sis to stop by here and check it out, but it said I wasn't allowed to do that. Any reason why?

shan, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

That is what it says when I click on refer a friend. Can any one help me??? Please?

sorry shan, it just isn't working right now. my husband is the one who does all the technical stuff for the board and he is just inundated with work right now so I don't know when he will have a chance to fix it. I appreciate you wanting to pass along the link to HT so in the meantime maybe just send an email and put the link in that, instead of using the refer a friend form....
