Has anyone had to put a new roof on their house? It seems we need to in the spring and I'm wondering about the cost. I live in a older doublewide so its not a huge house but we do have a room built on the back so it needs it as well. In my area of the country alot of people have metal roofs.....the snow is a huge problem. I don't want one that has color to it like some have....I have a gray house and black shingle roof now. I would want the roof to be black. Does anyone have a metal roof? I like the look of shingles better but it has to be which is more cost efficient at this point. Any help will be appreciated....
