Today I had milk and cereal but usually I'll have a cup of coffee with milk with either toast or fairy cake.

two pieces of whole grain toast and a few bites of Nicole's banana. Plus a TON of water and coffee. That's our morning ritual!!

Yoghurt - tasty! I love Greek yoghurt.

Usually it's either yoghurt or eggs. Never, ever, ever cereal with the rare exception of oatmeal.

It was really stressful, I had to run to the uni and had a piece of sponge cake on the way... :argh:

Saturday morning I had a bowl of cereal.

Sunday I had a banana and some grapes.

Yesterday hot chocolate and toast with butter.

OH, that brought me back to childhood. My mom used to make "sugar toast", and I lived for it. MMM. Today I had a yogurt (which I usually have). I generally have a bagel with it, but today I had a little cap n' crunch. (Not the norm, but mom had it, and I'm at her house this weekend visiting.)


This is the first meal I've had in almost a week of being sick!!!!!! :clap:
