Don't know if most people do this anyway, but I never have before...until tonight. Instead of fully baking the chicken, I coated and fried each cutlet before adding sauce and cheese and baking. OMG, it was sooooo delish!!!

I love your "healthy" chicken parm because of the fresh tomatoes and buffalo mozz. I may try it like it this next time, but I'm not crazy about sauce, so I'll try it w/ the tomatoes instead!

How funny we just had chicken parm last night but usually I just bread and put in the oven and then the last 5-10 minutes do the cheese and sauce. I'll have to try your suggestion next time thanks!!
