This upcoming weekend, I am making a brunch for 15 people. My husband's family is coming in from out of town so we've invited them over for brunch. What types of foods are easy and crowd favorites with you guys?

So far I'm thinking:
bagels and creamcheese
a couple of quiches (maybe one spinach and mushroom/one turkey bacon and cheese)\
french toast, which I marinate over night and bake in the oven
fruit salad

mimosa
coffee
tea
water

I'm doing a bridal shower brunch in June and I want to do similar to what you are. I want to add a fresh fruit salad and the bride to be wants to add a chocolate fountain:lick: with strawberries.I am hoping more people join this conversation and give us some hints!!!

I would do a basket of muffins and other pasteries.
A platter of fresh fruits.
Breakfast sausages
Scrambled eggs
Hawaiian bread pudding
Seasoned potatoes

How about different types of tropical juices-
Lilikoi-(passion fruit), pineapple, and fruit punch.
You could have umbrella parasoils, pineapple slices, and oranges slices to put on the glasses.

ya gotta do cucumber sandwiches (cream cheese & cucumbers) with the crust cut off! Yum. Oh and it's an esp nice brunch idea from bridal showers :)

Just some things I like to do for brunch ...

Belgian Waffles served with strawberries (fresh, frozen, canned - all work fine), whipped cream, butter & different flavors of syrups
Potatoes (sectioned and fried/cooked in a skillet with seasonings)
Scrambled Eggs w/ cheese
Raspberry Almond Coffee Cheesecake (to die for - a Christmas tradition in my family)

I just went to a bridal shower brunch for my sister and my aunt had a quiche that was wonderful with cheese, brocoli, and potatoes.

Although honestly I think your list sounds perfectly complete - I would love that menu at a brunch!
