What refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher do you have? What do you like/dislike about them? Would you reccomend anything?

I'm shopping for all four, and having a tough time especially w/ fridges. I'm stumped on whether I want a side by side, or fridge on top/freezer on bottom.
Also, any advantages to having an electric stove/oven? And dishwashers? I'm definately going w/ gas, but am open to all opinions and suggestions.

Well, we have a total of three refrigerators-one inside and two outside. All of them are packed and during parties, another refrigerator or two always helps. So if you are like me with shopping and putting together parties, get a big refrigerator.

As for stoves. We have a gas one, and our new one that we just purchased, but not yet recieved since we special ordered it, is a gas convection oven. It is said to bake more evenly because of the fan, and faster with the speed bake dial. I have always used a gas stove so that is what I am familiar with, but when I cook on electric stoves, I feel like it takes longer for the pan to heat up and the food to cook-JMO.

No dishwasher here-just me and my hands.

Thanks for replying MT2,

We are considering a convection oven, one person I know swears by hers. So that looks like a good idea, thanks!

Sorry TL, I didn't see this thread until now. I'm assuming by this point you've picked out all your appliances so what did you end up getting?
