Hi All,
I am new to this sute, but I am hoping that someone out there can help me. I love to enteratin at least thats what my husband says. I am planning my first mother's day brunch and could use some help for a menu. So far I have coffee, tea, ice tea, lemonade, danishes, bagles and cream cheese, and a baked french toast casserole, oh and assorted fruit. Does anyone have any other ideas? I don't want to do too much since this is my first time. Just a little something to show the moms in my family they are appreciated.

It does sound like a good menu.
How about including mimosa or some tropical fruit drink.
Chocolate dipped strawberries are also nice for desserts.

Hi All,
Thank you so much for responding. I think I may do a breakfast quiche also. Does anyone have any good recipes? My cousin say brunche's are usually a combination of breakfast and luch foods and thinks I should add a pasta and toss salad. What do you all think? I keep reminding her this is my first time and I don't want to over work myself.:argh:

Personally I would probably not eat pasta or salad at a brunch. I prefer more breakfasty type foods.

your menu sounds great! if you want to do something "lunchy" you could do a deli tray and have a nice loaf of bread, in case people want a sandwich. Or just a quiche or egg-type breakfast casserole. I don't think you need to do salads/pasta etc.
