What floor cleaner do you use?

I have a clorox mop type thing(similar to swiffer) it works ok but I am thinking of trying the Swiffer wet jet. I think it would be better. Mine falls apart easily and is quite frustrating. What do you use to clean your floors with?

We have a regular old sponge mop that has the handle you push down to squeeze water out of the mop. Usually plain hot water does the trick on our tile, but I sometimes also add vinegar. Quick & easy & doesn't require refills! (Well, except when the sponge gets nasty...:) )

Maybe I'm a little bit different, but I like gadgets and toys, so when my husband bought me a scooba, I went ahead and started using it on my floors. It's not as heavy-duty as your good old-fashioned mop, but if you run it often enough you won't need the g.o.f.m. Watching it do its thing is certainly a lot easier, too, than pushing a mop around the floor.

We have tile - I use the PVA10X (or similiar-it's the blue one with the ability to soak up tons of water) with soap and water.

We have wall to wall burbury carpet (ack). But Mom has hardwood floors and got a swiffer for mom's day and she loves it. It does wonders on kitty fur and dust.

We use an updated version of a regular mop that you can squeeze out by pushing on the handle. I dilute Lysol, and it works all right. We mostly have carpet, so I don't do too much mopping.

ok so I got the Swiffer wet jet and LOVE IT!!!! Best thing ever in my opionion. Lets just say my floors get mopped every day by 2 little boys who love it as much as me. I got the Swiffer sweep and its ok but not GREAT.

I have the swiffer wet jet, clorox wet jet, dry swiffer, wet swiffer, a sponge mop, a string mop.......LOL.....yeah, I have a little obsession with cleaning supplies. Too bad I don't use them. :lol:
