Welcome to Home Talkers Sara.
What type of material is your sofa?
Peanut butter works for getting gum out of hair, you could try that.

You know, I am not 100% sure. I believe it is called microfiber. Peanut butter...that is something I never would have tried...probably would be a little afraid to try too. Thank you

Hi and welcome!! I have a couch made of microfiber. If it is water safe try an ice cube. It will harden it and you can pick it off. Just an idea...

If these tips don't work, why not call a furniture store and tell them your situation. They should be able to tell you exactly how to clean it. Or when you purchased your couch, did you get some type of manual that tells you how to clean it?

I was going to say ice, too. I believe microfiber requires dry cleaning products, though. We have a microfiber chair that says not to use anything wet. That went out the window the first time I had to clean it. I couldn't find anything dry, and once my daughter puked on it, it was wet anyway. So we just dab with a damp cloth and some Woolite upholstery cleaner then vacuum it dry.
