Anyone cooking for dad's day this year?

I decided to make an Italian dinner since all the dads like that. There will be 10 of us at my house.

I'm making:
Pizza appetizers
Spinach Lasagne
Meatballs and Sausage
Caesar Salad

Do you think I need pasta for the meatballs and sausage? Or hoagies to make subs? Or do you think it's fine on it's own since we're having pizza and lasagne - lots of bread/carbs???

For dessert, I'm either doing a carrot cake or tiramisu
and a birthday cake for my FIL.

Also, red wine ofcourse.... :wine:

I think the meatballs and sausage will be fine by itself. As for the dessert, I like both carrot cake and tiramisu, but I would choose tiramisu. Could you share your recipe for the tiramisu and carrot cake with us.

We are going to my aunty's house for lunch and not sure yet what we are doing for dinner.

what if you did a side of pasta like angel hair then a few hoagie rolls so they can choose...just a thought.

I asked the boys what they wanted to do for their Dad...I said cook him breakfast or go out for breakfast and they said take him out. That would be much easier for me too!!!
