I'm going to spend the rest of the weekend being creative with what's in the fridge/freezer. I looked to take inventory this morning before going to the store and both are full and nothing to throw away so it's time. I hate it when that happens. Anyway, I wanted to go ahead and post next weeks plan.
Monday- Asparagus Soup and Oven Mozzerella Sandwiches
Tuesday- Pork Chops with Soy Ginger Sauce, Sesame Noodles, and Sauteed Baby Spinach
Wednesday-Warm Fiesta Chicken Salad with Chile Cornbread Muffins
Thursday- Chicken and Artichoke Pizza w/ Fresh Tomatoes with Asparagus and Cashews
Friday- Grilled Fish Steaks (Halibut), Baked Sweet Potatoes, and sauteed green beans
Saturday- Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken, Grilled Zucchini, Whole Grain Pasta
Sunday-Black and Blue Burgers, Fried Plantains, Salad
