Here is a dessert that I make every year for Thanksgiving.
1 29oz. can of pumpkin
1 13oz. can of evaported milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix w/pudding
1/2 butter, melted
1 cup chopped nuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and cinnamon. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top. Distribute the nuts over the cake mix, and drizzle the melted butter. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Chill. Cut, and serve with whipped cream.
