What do you keep your AC on?

Yes I know this is an odd question for most of you since it is Winter, but it doesn't get cold in Florida and my husband and I are constantly changing the AC back and forth. I don't like it any warmer than 73, but he is always cold. What is the normal temp you keep your AC on when it's warm outside?

air conditioner???? Its January and I'm in central NY:D Defiantly no a.c. on here. Now if you ask what heat is set on I'd say 75:biglaugh:

Wow, Heather, that is warm! Our heat is set to about 66 or 68 usually. Our bill is crazy high when we set it any warmer... our house has an upstairs that keeps our bills high it seems. The first month we lived here, we about died when we got our bill!! From then on, we've tried to just wear more layers! LOL.

In the summer, we keep our A.C on 77 or 78 but it is fairly dry here. When we lived in Houston which is VERY humid, we kept it on 72 or 73. I think it took a little extra work to get the humidity out of the house or something. In the winter we keep the heat on 72.

Megan that is only if hubby is not home:lol: when he is home it is set at 66-68.:D Its been so warm here lately we shut it off in the daytime and keep it around 66 at night.

Our A/C is at 73 in summer.

Heat is 72 in winter during the day and night. We have two thermostats, so the one downstairs goes down to 69 at night.

I guess I like a pretty even temp!

In the summer, we're at 78 (80 if I can stand it). In the winter, the heat is set to 68.

In the winter I keep it set at 72, or as Tommy puts it "seventytwo-freakin-thousand" :rolleyes: In the summer the air is set at the same unless Tommy gets ahold of it. I know he's messed w/ it when the windows frost over

In the winter, our temp is set on between 66 - 68 and 68 keeps it PLENTY warm! As in - if you're cleaning the house, you're going to get hot!

In the summer, we keep it on I'm thinking somewhere around 75, but I could be wrong.

Crap - I'm FREEZING here and you're takin about AC!!! :biglaugh:

I think our heat is set on 62-64 right now. We keep our AC on 72 or 74 I think. DH is very hot blooded. He had a teacher tell him one time that he would "sweat butt-naked in a snow drift." :biglaugh: I usually spend most of the time in a sweatshirt.

We keep the a/c between 76-79 and the heater between 68-71. We have 2 thermostats (2 zones) so they need to be set 2-3 degrees apart to work correctly hence the range of temps.

In the Winter we keep the heat on 72-74, and in the Summer we keep the AC on about 78... I can stand to be warm more-so than cold.
