When do you clean?

Do you have a set day or when it needs it. I usually have mondays off so when the boys go to school and hubby goes to work I try to get a good clean in. I have to do laundry often and dishes everyday but things like mopping ,dusting and vacuuming once a week.

I clean a little here and there on most days when my son is napping. Today I swept the kitchen floor, cleaned off the counters, did the dishes, and did a load of laundry. Not bad for being on the phone the entire time w/ my best friend. ;) I try to do all of the "big" cleaning every week, but every day I make sure to keep the little things picked up and clean off the counters, put away anything just "sitting around", etc.

Not often. :p We have a cleaning lady come once a week so I usually just leave it all up to her. I sometimes do a quick vacuum and swiffer wet-jet if the floor looks overly dirty. I also wipe down the kitchen counter tops on a daily basis. I run the dishwasher every day as well, so there's a lot of unloading and loading the dishes going on. Laundry is also a big feat to tackle. Otherwise, DH and I really don't mind having some clutter around the house. There are other things I'd rather be doing than cleaning!! :D

Mondays I usually get the whole house generally and then do a bit of cleaning and laundry everyday so I keep on top of things.

I do a little every day....key word is "little" :rolleyes:
Everyday I usually do a load of laundry and fold a load from the night before. I cook and clean the dishes and countertops everyday.
I'm a big toilet fanatic....I loathe a dirty toilet, so those get scrubed everyday.
Other than that...mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting is when I can no longer stand it.
I need to start "flying" again.....gotta get into a good cleaning routine now that a baby is on the way.

Since I work from home I try, to do something everyday. I mean I cook, wash the dishes and do laundry everyday. But major things like cleaning the bathroom, which I hate doing is once a week, but on a daily basis I wipe the sink and toilet down with those lysol wipes, cause the men in my house dont seem to know how to aim :rolleyes: .
My office, if you can find it threw the clutter of papers and books and what not is really what needs a good cleaning.

I have a cleaning lady that comes in twice a week, so we only run the dishwasher and do minor cleaning and we have no set time for it, just whenever we see it needs to be done and we feel like doing it...lol
