Is anyone watching The Real Housewives of Orange County (Tuesday nights on Bravo)? I am so into this show! It's just fun to watch as I grew up in a very similar community.

I tried to watch it once but couldn't follow what was going on. I'm going to try to watch it again this coming week. Do they show the same couples every show?

Nicole-
I watched it last season and am hooked again this season. My DH makes fun of me when he comes in and I'm watching it. :) My childhood and my current life are not at all similar to the lifestyles of the families on the show but I still find it really interesting. For me, it is like a little peek into how other people live.

HeavenLeigh~Yes they show the same people/couples every show although they replaced one of the couples from last season with a single mom. Here is a quick run down (anyone please feel free to correct or add):
1) Jo-is on again/off again engaged to Slade. She is something like 10 years younger than Slade and really enjoys to party rather than staying home to cook dinner and play step-mom to two of Slades kids
2) Jeana-sells real estate and does very well. Here husband is Matt Keough the baseball player. He is hardly ever shown as he travels/works all the time. She has three kids
3) Lauri-always says that she had rich, she was poor and now she is rich again (something to that effect). Divorced mom with 3 children engaged again to a real estate developer who has 4 children from his former life.
4) Tammy-divorced single mom with 3 children. She has an on again off again relationship with Duff (he works for Vicki). Not sure what she does for a living.
5) Vicki-divorced but married again. Has two children from her former husband. Sells life insurance.
Brenda~My DH husband HATES the show-too bad for him I say. He is VERY frugal and feels that they are too flashy and fake. He grew up in a very wealthy community on the east coast (Greenwhich Area) and I grew up on the west coast (La Jolla which borders San Diego) and for some reason hates the west coast. I always tell him that we're moving back to the west coast just to tease him-it gets him every time. So much fun!
