What time do you normally go to bed?

Between 10 & 11 PM here. I watch my shows, then I do last minute clean up of my kitchen, lock all the doors, turn off all outside lights and make sure all the kittys are in, (I just made myself tired again) then I go to bed and usually watch a little tv, I never last watching tv in my bed..

I don't really have a set bedtime. Some nights, I just have a ton to do and am up pretty late. Other nights, I'm just so exhausted and I just have to get into bed after my boys have gone to bed.

I try to got to bed around 10pm. Sometimes depending on the night. I love to stay up if I don't have to work the next day. Its my quiet time.

I really need a set bedtime but I don't have one, never have.
I hope when I'm a bit older and my kids are grown and gone then I can have one.

I rarely go to bed before midnight, and I get up at 6.20am! I'm a disaster I know hehe! Some days I go to bed at 1am, others at 12am, sometimes even at 11.30pm... it depends on how tired I am.

I try to get to bed by midnight but that doesn't work that often. Trypically its closer to 1 (or 2).

Usually between 10-11. But as I am an early riser (5AM) who really needs her sleep, about once a week I crash before 10 to compensate. Usually on Friday night.:)

I ALWAYS try to go to bed early... but it NEVER happens! First, I start trying to go to bed. Generally I'll find some clothes I should throw in the washer. Then there's usually something I need to fold/put away. Headed to the bedroom I'll pass through the office where I end up sitting down at the computer! (That's where I was going tonight!!!) :type:
Okay - finally head to the bedroom and bathroom... get the pups settled or outside one last time... trying to get undressed. Possibly take a shower. By now it's getting late and there's probably something I've forgotten to do and I'll head back through the house to do it!!!
It's TERRIBLE! It's like I'm a gerbil running through the wheel of my home!!!

You sound like me Paragon! I actually have to take something in order to sleep because I have such bad insomnia... and even then I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and do laundry or something!
NUTS!!!

On the subject of insomnia.....
The other night I literally did not fall asleep for even a second. I was still up at 6:30 a.m. when my son woke up for the day. Needless to say it was a craaaaaaappy day. I felt like I was run over by a truck. Pulling an all-nighter these days so doesn't work for me.

I still have a lot of times when my mind won't settle down once I'm in bed. Those days I end up meditating for a while to clear some of the cobwebs outs.
