House Hunters

Anyone else a House Hunters addict? My husband and I watch this show almost every night!

I catch it when I can. Unfortunately, my TV viewing time is limited even though we have a DVR so I can only watch a few shows :( I do really enjoy watching it when I do get the chance!

I love watching this show. We aren't looking to buy but its interesting to see what we should of been looking for when were were house hunting. Some day when the boys are in college we defiantly are not staying in this area. Too cold. So at least I would know how to check out things I never thought about when we bought this house.

It always makes me interested in checking out other parts of the country to live. One day we need to do a road trip and visit all the areas we'd possibly want to buy.

Again, LOVE HGTV! Any time I flip and see some kind of HOME show on, guaranteed if I can, I'm going to stop and watch for a bit. These shows are great for getting ideas for me. Plus it is interesting to see what homes in different areas look like.:clap:

I agree THF LOVE LOVE HGTV!!! I like the fact that I can have that channel on and the kids can watch any show they offer and I don't have to worry about what they will see

With the writer's strike still going on and all of my shows running out of episodes I'm going to become an HGTV junkie! I like the shows but usually have so many things DVRed that I don't get to watch them. Now I will.

I like that show and "What you get for $_____" that is great! I love to see houses all over the country, and see how the cost of living is different then dear old PA.

Oh yes, I LOVE "What you get for the money". Awesome show! It is amazing how much everything varies from state to state.

You're right C! I've decided that there's NO WAY I could afford to live some places! And then others, I could live like a QUEEN!

Oh, and do you guys watch the one where they give you an appraisal of what your home is worth compared to what you bought it for? I'd sort of like to have that done too!

Yes, THF, I know exactly what show you are talking about. I think it's called "What's My House Worth?" or something to that effect. Another great show!!! I :heart: HGTV.

some days I wish I could just have HGTV and get rid of all those other filler stations I have to pay for.Its may fav!!!:thumb2:
