Which is more important to you in your house as far as upgrades/re-sale/etc?

Definitely the kitchen. I would pick a kitchen over a bathroom anyday.

I have to agree that a kitchen would be more important as I think people tend to spend more time in the kitchen/kitchen area than in the bathroom.

I'm a bathroom person. I know they're both very important and the kitchen needs to be really nice and functional - but I'm a sucker for a great bath!

I would choose a new kitchen if I were shopping for a new house. Probably because my kitchen is falling apart and small. Although give me a jacuzzi tub with jets:drool:

Funny - I said bathroom and I redid our master bathroom first.

But now I'm working on the kitchen... AGAIN!!! I don't know - they're both really important - but I guess my kitchen was second just because I'm not IN in each and every day as much as the bathroom!!!

Now that is a hard question......I would have to say the kitchen because everone seems to hang out in mine, but with that being said I have been scooping stuff to redo our bathroom!

Um, both! :)

Delicious food, and a nice, warm, comforting bath! What more can a girl ask for?

A bathroom, because a kitchen is more about appliances to me, which I can easily replace myself. But the thought of remodeling a bathroom makes me want to tear my hair out :blah:
