So I was making a pasta salad today and I decided to use fresh minced garlic, but I used way too much. I didn't realize how potent it would be and now the pasta salad is way too garlicky. I love garlic, but it's a bit much. How do I even out the flavor?

I would double the recipe except for the garlic, then Mix the old and new together! Double yumminess! LOL!

I made an entire box of pasta, plus I don't have enough leftover veggies/cheese/etc to make double. BUT, the good news is that it isn't too garlicky anymore. For some reason, once all of the flavors melded together after sitting in the fridge all day, it tastes wonderful! YUM!
