Hey guys!
I just lost my job, so we are on a small budget. I love to cook and make home-cooked meals for my sweetie. Any ideas for healthy and delicious, but cheap meals? I appreciate the input, thank you! :)

I like to use ground turkey to cook with -- it is healthier than cooking with ground beef, and you can add it to just about everything. I use lowfat everything (or at least as much as I can!)
Here are some ideas that are easy on your wallet and can be stretched for several meals:
Spagetti with turkey meatballs
red beans and rice
soft tacos (use ground turkey and lots of tomato, avocado, lettuce)
Chicken and stuffing --take chicken breasts, pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over, add some lowfat shredded cheese and about a cup of stovetop stuffing mix and cook at 375 for 35-40 min
I'll think of more - gotta go, baby crying!!

We were over at a friend's house a few weeks ago, and she made this exact same thing. That's amazing! :) It was very good.
Have a great day!
