Is you tree real or fake? (what did you think I was talking about?:eyebrow: )

Mine is fake, I love it no watering no needles everywhere and no worring about if it is going to fit in my house! LOL!

My BFF has finally cought on, her hubby said it was worth every penny to not have her complain for two hours the tree is not stright! LOL! It only took him 15mins to set it up!

Well, at my parents' it's fake... it's a very pretty tree... we had real trees a couple of times but after a few days they were yellow and the needles started to fall...
Now, here at home in Germany we got a huge real tree... it looks wonderful actually, although it's a bit too wide for it's height, or too tall for it's width...

When I put it up, mine is fake. It's huge and it's easier for me. But I always have either a wreath or garland that's real so I have that WONDERFUL smell in the house!

We had a real tree our first Christmas (a month after we moved in), then during the after season sale we picked up a 7 foot fiber optic tree. We have had it for about 7 years now & I love not having to put the lights on it. There is only 1 light bulb (in the base) so I know what to change if it goes out.

Oh man I am so about the real tree.:) That said, ours this year sucks! It's so dry I think it was grown in Chernobyl. And for some reason, it does not smell... I am going to get hub to drill some holes in the bottom and hope that helps with water uptake and maybe the smell too.

That said, there really are some gorgeous fake trees out there... so I am not as much of a die-hard fake foe as I once was.:)

We have a real one. It was $15 It is a TALL one :blush:I liked it because the trunk is still long and presents would slide under easier for Santa. My husband busted out laughing when he saw it in the living room. He calls me Heather Griswald(you know Chevy Chase from Christmas Vacation):star:

Ours is fake. I do miss the smell but it's nothing a nice Yankee Candle won't take care of!
The tree is really a pretty one. I like that it's symmetrical and I don't have to worry about cleaning all of those needles up!
