What's up with YOU??!!

Just wondering whats up with everyone? We have been getting ready for Christmas of course but also my older son's birthday is the 23rd. He will be turning 11. He is almost as tall as I am. My other son is 8 and really into computers. I still work at the same salon. I like it most days:confused:Some days it feels like I am the miracle worker(clients) and other days I feel like I am a babysitter to a bunch of teenagers.(my co-workers) We are working on remodeling our kitchen. I have to look for cupboards. Pretty much life is passing by and I've decided to ride the brakes a little:thumb2:

We are just enjoying this time of year! Homeschool is going wonderfully for Noah. We stay so busy! Cameron is doing great. She is such a little ham. DH and I are just watching them both grow up before our eyes!

Lets see mmmm my year has had quite the ups and downs.

~Hubby's company shut down and it took him 6 months to find a job. Unemployment was 1/2 his normal pay...you know the rest on that one!

~My FIL died in may, we were on vacation when we got that call I would have to say those couple days were the hardest. My girls 4&7 still cry about it, that has to be the worst part.

~I got my license to sell life insurance, but can not continue to sell for the company I was with cuz I think they are to high priced! I just can not do that to people!

It has not been one of the best years...come on 2008! LOL! On the bright side I got to spend alot of time with my hubby :clap: And my girls are amazing little girls so that allowed me to get threw this year!

We are going to start trying for another baby in July, cuz the hubby wants a boy and everyone swears by the chinese gender chart so he wants to give it a try! I said ok cuz I want to get caught up on bills, I should be able to have everything caught up and paid off by May.....So then all the extra money can no to buying baby things!
