I am watching the Today show and they are talking about tipping your favorite hairstylist, doorman, dogwalker, newspaper carrier,babysitter....etc. What do you do? I am a hairstylist and my clients are so generous...I love them~~I always make sure I give them a little extra this time a year as well. You know extra special shampoo or maybe style their hair when they don't usually don't have it done. That kind of thing. So what about you?

I'm not much for gifts - so I tip EXTRA! Like today I got a pedicure - so my bill was $27 - I gave her $40 and told her to keep it. But it's normal for me to give her $10 or $20 bucks each time I come in... which is OFTEN! I also get my nails done at the same shop every two weeks.

But that's sort of standard for me with hair, nails, etc. I just tip more than what I would normally rather than trying to buy a gift.

Oh - but sometimes I bake my trashman and my postman cookies!
