I just can't get over how these women fall head over heels for a random guy placed on a tv show. It is so strange to me...and honestly the more I watch this show, the more pathetic and desperate I think they all are. :shy: I know that was kinda mean. oops!

The only time I've seen it this season was last night and I probably won't watch it again. I couldn't stand Shayne within first 10 seconds of seeing her. She is so immature and "princessy" if that's even a word. I think they are keeping her around for the drama.

I agree C - there were some of the last night saying that they would be absolutely devistated (mostly Shayne) if they didn't get a rose. It's like, come on - you've known the guy for 2 weeks or so??? How pathetic....

Okay - I'm mean about it too.

I think Shayne must have grown on everyone since your answers were much different than this at BT! lol!! I commented that I wasn't that fond of her at BT, but I did love her hair. ;) I agree totally that the show seems more and more pathetic all the time. My DH totally made fun of it the entire time I was watching saying, "Oh mah gah, I am sooo in love with him; I'll just die without him..." and stuff like that, so that made the finale less entertaining for me. But yeah, I still watch this show no matter how stupid it may seem. ;)

This is exactly how I feel and I can't bring myself to watch. I watched when it first came on the air years ago and thought how pathetic then, besides the marriage proposal to their"soul mate" what else do they get?

Interesting group of guys. I am not quite sure what she saw in some of the men that received roses but I guess we just get a little snippet of each person. I already love Graham. Chris seems like a good pick too.
I thought it was WAY ODD that Jenny was there to 'help' her. Way weird. I think it was more to slam Brad in the face... here's one that you dumped who is the new bachelorette and the other one that you dumped who is happily engaged. I just think if they were going to have someone there to really help Deanna, it would have been a relative or a friend from home or something like that.

I agree - it was definitely for ratings and a bit of a FO to Brad. Also agreed that it was a strange group of guys, but I'm sure as the season progresses, we'll "get to know" them better. I like DeAnna, but is it just me or is she a little too optimistic and living in fantasy land?? She is just way too into the whole fairytale thing for me. But anyway, I hope it turns out well and that she does get her happy ending.

I like the single dad, Jason. He's really cute and seems so sweet. Not sure how I'd feel if I were a single, childless 26 year old woman though....to just jump into instamom zone. LOL! Graham seemed cool too but I can't remember who Chris was.

I'm just glad she got rid of the dude who made her touch his abs. That was so gross! Oh and as nice as he may be, I could NEVER keep the Martial Arts guy. Mullets and me just don't mix. :lol:

ok so I'm SO TORN about who I think she should pick!!! I don't think it's Jesse, but who really knows.
I think it will boil down to Jeremy vs Jason. I LOVE them both. And I think they both really do have genuine feelings for her. They both just seem like such good guys!! They both remind me of my dh, so maybe that has something to do with it, lol.

I don't think it's Jesse either, but who knows. I would be surprised though.

As for Jeremy - I think all the talk about how "perfect" he is, is going to boil down to her just not having that connection...but I don't know. She mentioned something about how he looks so good on paper, but she's just not sure if it is a real connection. There is also the bond about their moms but they could be playing that up and she might be confusing it for something more than an amazing friendship. I don't know....

I love Jason - I liked him from the first episode. He is such a great dad and I think he'd be such sweet husband.

I can't wait to find out!!!

ok after watching tonight's episode (BEFORE the rose ceremony), I knew it would be Jesse vs Jason.

I honestly don't know who she is going to pick at this point. I think and I hope she will choose Jason, but the way she kept looking at Jesse when it was just the three of them after the rose ceremony and with all the kissing on their date.......who knows?!?!

oh, I feel so bad for Jeremy. I love him - so sincere and ready for a comitted relationship. I think he may have just been too serious for her, and like she said, she didn't want to confuse their "relationship" connection with a "parental loss" connection.
I really hope it's Jason - he has been one of my faves since the start. But I'm just not sure... ABC is notorius for clever editing.... I have this odd feeling that it's Jesse (he's sort of been the least obvious guy all along....)

I'm such a dork - I just did a search for Bachelorette spoilers and there are some crazy, obsessive fans that speculate every little move, facial expression, etc. They take snapshots and evaluate them and re-evaluate them. Odd! But anyway, the general consensus is that she is definitely going to pick Jason. I hope so!!! I will seriously cry if she breaks his heart.

Aren't some people crazy?!? I did the same thing (looking for spoilers) and found the same things - people saying "Oh, the rose was there when she was with X but not there with Z." "Look at so and so's face when xyz is happening." Some people just have too much time on their hands.

I hope she picks Jason too!

So, do you think they do the deed in the fantasy suite? I really don't think that they do (how weird would that be to dtd w/3 guys in the same week??) but who knows...

I know - I was thinking the same thing. Even if they don't dtd, wouldn't you feel weird even hooking up with more than one of them if you are actually IN LOVE with one of them and plan on marrying them???? Such an awkward situation, IMO.
