Easter Menu

I have a last minute Easter dinner menu to post...

Snacks: cheese, crackers, dips, nuts

dinner:
honey glazed ham (I bought a pre-cooked one)
marinated pork loin
hash brown casserole
asparagus with balsamic browned butter
salad with pears, gorganzola, and toasted pecans
pinapple soufle (my mom is bringing this and the salad)
rolls

desert:
lemon cake and probably cookies

Oh, I love to cook holiday meals!!!

Mmmmm... that sounds awesome!

We are all descending on Mom's. Mom is having a turkey-- so likely all the trimmings- dressing, squash, beans and potatoes.

We are going to my mom's. We will have baked ham with all the trimmings for that.
