I have never made this before, but made it tonight and it came out really good. I read a few recipes online earlier today and then just kinda threw it all together at dinner time. It was so easy.
I used about 1/2 - 3/4 lb shrimp
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
3 garlic cloves
mustard powder (didn't measure)
lemon juice
salt
pepper
~Melt margarine (or butter) in 9x13 pyrex dish
~add in garlic, mustard, lemon, salt, pepper, and mix together so it's spread evenly on bottom of dish
~add shrimp and mix it in, coating all sides evenly, then spread into one layer
bake at 450 (F) for 12-15 mins.
I served with a nice loaf of sourdough to soak up the butter sauce and a salad.
My 3 year old slurped it up!!
We had cut up apples and oranges for dessert! YUM!
