We picked it up last Friday (so we've had ti for over a week now). The entire family has been enjoyig it. It has yoga, strength training, aerobic & balance games. A cool part about it is that you "unlock" items based on the amount of time you use it, not on scores. So even the kids can unlock games by simply playing with it.

It starts off your firsts ession by testing your balance & makign you aware of it. it also weighs you (& gives you your BMI), asks you hight & birthday & then calculates you "Wii Fit Age" (I was 32, not far off). You can then do a body test at any time with it & it tracks your progress (& everyone else whos registered) on a graph.

I plan to use this along with counting calories to work my way (slowly) toward my goal. I've gotten there before & let meself get tlost in old habits. I just need to work on my self control again.

We will be getting it soon! We have the Wii and really enjoy playing the sports. There is a fitness age test on there as well. It's really fun and I definitely break a sweat when I'm trying hard. I can't wait to try Wii fit!

I always feel bad because I can't play the Ps2(lack of coordination) :) This sounds like FUN!!!!

I've found the games easier on the Wii than on the PS2 (we have one of those as well). I am actually taking a break from Wii Fit now (I just sent monkey off to bed as we were taking turns on it).
